In October 2001, following the deregulation of ground handling services in EU airports, SAGAT S.p.A., the Torino airport management company, passed the responsibility of providing such services at Caselle airport to its 100% controlled subsidiary, SAGAT Handling S.p.A.... During 50 years of business, SAGAT Handling S.p.A. has served more than 150 airline companies: it currently provides ground handling services for 75% of the flights operating from Torino Caselle.
