Our team is trained and dedicated to serve you, and you will be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. In return, we request that you treat us with the same courtesy and respect. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive or violent abuse or behaviour towards any member of our team or other patients. We respectfully advise you that verbal or physical abuse or violence will not be tolerated. Incidences of this kind of behaviour will result in the permanent expulsion of the person concerned from the practice with Police assistance if required.
