Job Titles:
- Director & Exercise Physiologist
Adam completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2003 with majors in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and special populations. Adam has been accredited with ESSA, the only governing body for exercise physiologists in Australia, since 2005. He has been providing services for Medicare, Department of Veterans' Affairs, WorkCover Queensland, CRS Australia and private insurers since returning to Toowoomba in 2004, as well as working hand in hand with physiotherapists, GPs, orthopaedic surgeons and other health providers for the general population.
Adam specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation for upper limb injuries, specifically the shoulder complex, as well as chronic lower back pain. He also has a keen interest in exercise therapy to aid in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, recovery from cancer treatments (radiotherapy and chemotherapy), and with recovery from neurological events.
Adam is a keen sportsman, and is involved heavily in the Toowoomba softball club and representative teams, he also enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
Brodie graduated from her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2023 From Charles Sturt University.
Growing up in Grafton with a big sport-oriented family, Brodie fell in love with sport from a young age. She was involved in sport all over the Clarence Valley including netball, soccer, league tag, Oz tag, futsal and AFL. Brodie's passion for sport and exercise has stemmed from her sport involvement and her fascination with why and how the body works, particularly injury mechanics.
Participating in predominately male dominated sports along with her fiery passion for competition, Brodie has now become involved in growing women's involvement in sports, particularly AFL.

From a young age, Caitlin has grown up in Toowoomba with a love and passion for sport and physical activity. She has been involved in netball and touch football. This led Caitlin to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, with Honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2023.
Although Caitlin will be a new face around Vision Health, she is looking forward to building strong relationships with all of the developing athletes. Caitlin understands the importance of strength and conditioning for all athletes of varying ages and aims to prepare them with the skills and knowledge to achieve their goals and become successful athletes. Caitlin has also had exposure to working with clinical populations in chronic disease management.
Outside of the clinic, Caitlin enjoys camping, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.
Chelsey has been with Vision Health since January 2014. She started as a trainee to obtain a Certificate 3 in Business and Administration and has now stayed on as Head Receptionist.
Kirsten developed a love and passion of sport and physical activity from a young age. She has been involved in Netball and Athletics predominantly. This led Kirsten to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2019. Since then she has largely been involved in school sport. This entailed leading a Netball Program, Strength and Conditioning Coaching, working with Certificate III Fitness Students and Athletics Coaching where she was a member of the Darling Downs Official team.
Kirsten is keen to work with the developing athletes at Vision and is excited to witness their sporting journeys. Kirsten understands strength and conditioning is important for all athletes of varying ages and sports. It is her goal to ensure athletes are equipped with the knowledge and experience to achieve their goals and become well rounded athletes.
Outside of the clinic, Kirsten enjoys playing tennis, kick it, going for runs as well as spending time at the beach or camping.

Born in England, Meesha has lived in Australia for 5 years and has no plans to return to her brirthplace.
With a background in hospitality and musical theatre, Meesha has a passion for helping people and healthy living.

Megan graduated from the University of Queensland in 2014 with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology). Since working with Vision Exercise Physiology, she has provided services for Medicare, the Department of Veterans' Affairs, Workcover Queensland and numerous private insurance companies. She has also developed strong professional relationships with a number of Physiotherapists and Chiropractors.
Megan specialises is both non-specific low back pain and low back injuries including spondylosis, spinal fusion and disc bulge. She has also been working within Women's Health, helping to provided pelvic floor safe exercise options for ladies with urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, post-natal and other women's health issues such as endometriosis. Megan also works in musculoskeletal rehabilitation for lower limb injuries including pre and post-operative total knee replacements and ACL reconstructions. Megan believes that no matter what the problem may be a functional approach to exercise is the key.
Megan's interest stems from her own injuries she suffered during her sporting past, competing in both gymnastics and netball. Since moving to Toowoomba, she continues to play social netball.

Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2007 and completed his accreditation in Exercise Physiology mid-way through 2008. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Michael has consulted for the Wesley Weight Management Clinic as well as provide services for Medicare, the Department of Veterans' Affairs, Workcover Queensland and numerous private insurance companies.
Michael has also spent time working within the hospital setting as he has a passion for assisting post operative orthopaedic patients recover from surgery with a keen interest in knee (ACL) reconstructions.
Within Toowoomba and its surrounding areas Michael has a strong working relationship with a number of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, General Practitioners and Orthopaedic Surgeons. Michael has a love of sport and in his spare time enjoys basketball, golf and cycling.
Rachel obtained her Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction from Pilates International Training Centre in February 2021. Having taught group fitness Pilates for 5 years prior, Rachel wanted to gain a deeper understanding of how the body's muscular system interacts during movement, leading her to commence the diploma study.
With the attitude that quality over quantity is the key to progress, she aims to educate her clients about how specific movement translates into their everyday lives from a functional perspective, whether it be in performing simple everyday tasks or increasing their strength and endurance in their chosen sport or other fitness pursuits.
Rachel enjoys working with a broad range of clients from rehabilitative movement to people wishing to challenge strength and full body integration, believing optimal muscle and joint function is as important for athletes as it is for the everyday person.
Rachel is a Level 1 member of the Pilates Association Australia, requiring a commitment to ongoing professional development to maintain her registration.
