Dean Goldfine

Dean Goldfine is a highly skilled ATP/WTA coach who has trained top-ten players in his long and highly regarded career. Among the most notable players he has coached are Mary Joe Fernandez Aaron Krichstein, Xavier Malisse, Todd Martin, Andy Roddick, and Tommy Haas. In 2005 Roddick achieved year-end ranking as the number 3 player in the world. Todd Martin achieved a career high ranking of number 4 in the world in 1999 and Mary Joe Fernandez reached her career high in 1990 as the number 4 player in the world. Dean served as Assistant Coach for the 2004 US Olympic Tennis Team and joined the American Davis Cup team as Assistant Coach in 2004. He later was Acting Captain for the American Davis Cup team during their quarterfinal bout against Chile in 2006. Dean has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A & M University where he also played on the tennis team and in his senior year became co-captain of the team.

Philipp Halfmann

Philipp Halfmann is a professional tennis and strength & conditioning coach with a Master's degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Florida International University (FIU). He was the Head Tennis Professional under the guidance of Australian tennis legend Fred Stolle at the Turnberry Isle Resort & Country Club in Miami, Florida, before he worked as a strength & conditioning coach at FIU with various NCAA Division I teams and professional athletes, such as NBA champion Antoine Walker, under the supervision of 13 year NBA Head Strength & Conditioning coach Mick Smith. For the past two years Philipp worked as a tennis touring and strength & conditioning coach for Swiss national Alexander Ritschard. During that time Alexander won the Swiss National Junior Championships twice (singles & doubles), improved his ITF junior ranking by 600 spots and earned an ATP ranking at age 16. Philipp now serves as an expert for Europe's largest fitness company, McFit, and contributing author for the fitness & sports nutrition magazine LOOX. He is the author of Advanced Concepts of Strength & Conditioning for Tennis which will be published summer 2012. He also provides a free blog on tennis and strength & conditioning for players, parents, and coaches.
