Alberto began his career in hospitality in 2003 where he gained experience in the luxury and lifestyle sectors of hotel and residential operations. In 2008 he made a shift into the parking industry and was able to use his formative learning in ways that helped shape the culture and processes for the companies he was a part of. Alberto has headed hospitality teams in the parking industry in several markets within the Southeastern US since 2012. Today he helps Joey by leading in operations, business development, system strategy and people. He is a University of Miami School of Business graduate. His years of experience in hospitality and management are a tremendous asset to Five Star Valet.

Brian brings over 30 years of human resources expertise to our leadership team. In his role he oversees day to day human resources activities and provides input and guidance in employment and employee related matters. Majoring in Human Resources and Business Management, Brian graduated from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois and has served as the head of human resources/chief human resources officer with four healthcare systems and serves a human resources consultant to small and medium sized companies.

Edie is a bright shining light in the 5 Star Valet corporate office. She brings almost 10 years of service industry experience to the Five Star Valet team and always brings a polite and professional demeanor. She is eager to learn and create efficiencies within her work space everyday. As Operations Support Manager, she implements and plays a lead role in all administrative duties. Her willingness to support in other areas such as Human Resources, Finance and Hiring are an incredible added value. She also assists in our Private events and various employee related tasks. Five Star Valet looks forward to continued growth with Edie on the team!

Janna is responsible for defining and directing Five Star Valet's strategic growth plan. She leads these efforts by focusing on customer service and satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, implementing operational efficiencies and executing marketing strategies. She brings to Five Star Valet 20 years in the service industry and experience as a business systemization coach.

As President of Five Star Valet, Joey serves as the primary contact person for client relationships, site recommendations, cost proposals, program implementation, and account administration. He is also responsible for the quality assurance, and he oversees all training programs. His approach for success includes conducting weekly meetings to motivate our team, coordinating with the managers, and performing on-going client communication.
Joey's business management skills and commitment to our Service Promise have been the basis for Five Star Valet's business procedures. He puts a high value on people and company culture, he believes that if we take care of our team members, they will take care of those we serve.
Leyna designs, implements, and facilitates the overall marketing and strategic planning programs within 5 Star Valet. Leyna is an additional point of contact for all customer-service related inquiries and assists our President with building client relations and maintaining our client portfolio. Leyna has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to the on-going success and upward movement of 5 Star Valet. She has been in the service industry for more than 15 years and understands the challenges inherent in this business.
Michel ensures that first class finance and accounting systems support Five Star Valet's rapid growth. He has 20 years of experience in the international finance and investment markets. As a partner in an international law firm based in London and Hong Kong, Michel helped companies and investors manage the legal aspects of investments in over 25 countries. He also established his own online publishing business, gaining first-hand insight into financial, operational and technical challenges of business growth. With extensive experience as an advisor to investors and businesses in North America, Europe and Asia, Michel brings broad knowledge of finance, accounting, tax and legal matters to the Five Star team.
Ryan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 5 Star Valet. He is deeply involved in the hiring, training and development of our valet staff and assists in exploring and implementing new opportunities for our clients. Ryan began his career with 5 Star as a valet attendant and quickly climbed his way into the leadership of our operations team. With over 8 years in the service industry, his versatile background enables him to ensure that our team continues to provide excellent service.
