architect (Dipl.-Ing. TU Braunschweig, Germany), member of the Gran Canaria Chamber of Architects, and plant enthusiast. I have been living in Gran Canaria since 2003 and, after my initial "apprenticeship" working for architects, construction companies, and real estate appraisal companies, I have been self-employed as an architect and building expert since 2010. While working, I have continued my education in sustainability (LEED AP US Green Building Council), project management (CAPM Project Management Institute) and various courses in horticulture and vertical greening.
