Carli Engineering is currently run by Pat Janes after taking over from Ric and Stef Carli in July 2023... Carli Engineering has developed its expertise in the heavy vehicle body building area. They provide a full service range to the client offering a custom built unit that suits their needs. They also have the expertise in vehicle mounted crane installation and servicing, chassis repair, extension and shortening, meatrail manufacturing and installation, along with other general engineering... Carli Engineering started back in the late 50's after Emilio Carli emigrated from Italy seeking better opportunities away from post war Europe. After working in several areas around Victoria, he started a small wrought iron business in his home in one of the bedrooms. Some of the wrought iron fencing work can still be seen around the Ballarat area today.
