We specialize in industrial and commercial real estate development including industrial property sales and leasing, manufacturing space, warehousing space, distribution facilities, mixed-use, office space, and other commercial buildings... Dein Properties was founded by Robert Deinarowicz Jr. who is a third generation manufacturing business owner and CEO of Fabricated Components Inc., a manufacturing company that he founded in 1990 in New Jersey. In 1997, Rob relocated his business to Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania in a strategic move to better position Dein Properties for cost effective growth.
