Industrial Lumber & Plywood is a family owned business established in Minneapolis in 1948. We pride ourselves on the fact that we're working under the same philosophies today as that of the founders of the company. Russel V. Haire and his wife, Ruth, founded Industrial Lumber & Plywood, Inc. in 1948. Russel's father, Herbert V. Haire, later joined the company and then ownership. (Herb had worked for Youngblood Lumber Company in Minneapolis for 25 yrs and Russ for 5 yrs, before starting ILP.) Industrial Lumber & Plywood, Inc then passed on to Gerald L. Haire and today to current owner Kevin Haire.
