Dr. Miley W. (Lee) Merkhofer is a well-known author and practitioner in the field of decision analysis. His specialty is project portfolio management (PPM). For more than 25 years Lee has helped clients create defensible, accurate, and practical systems for prioritizing complex and sometimes controversial project investments, working in such areas as consumer products, energy, financial services, health care, and transportation.
