DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR CORY PARHAM. They purchase distressed properties and tell the owners that they will file Quit Claim Deeds and pay fees to the City of Chicago. By not filing the Quit Claim Deeds, they are able to operate and earn an income on the property under the radar and thus avoiding any direct responsibility to the City of Chicago for outstanding fees or unpaid taxes.
