Kendall Rumberg

Mrs. Rumberg began her career in construction services in 1974 at a building supply store in Roanoke, VA. After her graduation from JMU in 1979 she pursued a job in her course studies at a psychiatric center as a mental health therapist. After a short time she returned to the construction services industry in the finance department handling job duties such as: accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, general office management, and customer, subcontractor and vendor relations. Realizing this was the career path for her, she has enjoyed the climb in finance ever since. Mrs. Rumberg joined Watkins Services, Inc. in May of 2003 and has excelled to the position she currently holds. She is responsible for all incoming and outgoing finances for the company including: reviewing AIA contracts, change orders, and general contracts for financial soundness and accuracy; payroll and all internal finances; and procurement management. Mrs. Rumberg serves as a financial sounding board and is committed to the core values that have made Watkins Service, Inc. fiscally sound, allowing the field management team to perform at the highest levels.

Lavern Graham

Lavern grew up in Loris, SC working on his family's farm. Working on the farm gave him the chance to learn many trades and instilled in him a driven work ethic that he has carried throughout his life. Lavern began his construction career in the mid 1980's as a carpenter and has continued his professional development and growth. In 1987 he was made partner in a local construction company and continued as such for many years. During his career Lavern has worked as a construction manager for a local company and as a field manager for a national construction firm.

Thomas Sobieski

Originally from Florida, Tom grew up in the construction industry working for his father's company. In 1995 he began his career in sales and marketing in Myrtle Beach, SC. After 3 years he moved to the Washington DC/Maryland area where he was promoted to sales manager of a Fortune 200 company. Longing for the beach and warmer weather Tom along with his wife and two children moved back to Myrtle Beach. Tom joined Watkins Services in August of 2009 and works on corporate growth, business development, marketing, advertising, estimating and project management.
