Charles (Chip) Marshall

Chip joined the ICS team in November of 2006. With extensive knowledge and workforce experience, Chip oversees all of ICS's project management duties. He graduated from Towson University and is a current resident of White Hall, Maryland. Chip represents Industrial Caulk and Seal in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)

Chris Kilgore

Job Titles:
  • Superintendent
  • Superintendent With ICS
Chris is a Superintendent with ICS, managing crews, materials, and schedules on the job. He comes from an agricultural background and is used to hard work. He's made a work home at ICS since 2011. Chris's strong communication skills and keen problem-solving abilities make him a real asset to the ICS team in the Superintendent role. He is well-liked by his coworkers and is known for being firm but respectful and always realistic.

Cory Flohr - VP of Sales

Job Titles:
  • Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Cory joined the ICS team in 2012. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from West Virginia University, Cory earned Suma Cum Laude recognition. He brings a sharp awareness of customer needs and operational balance to the ICS team. Cory owned and operated a small business while living in Morgantown; during this time, he mastered the art of customer experience, organizational communication, problem solving and project management. Cory is a relationship builder; it's what drives his passion for business. Cory represents Industrial Caulk and Seal in the Maryland Construction Network (MCN).

David Faimanifo

Dave joined the ICS team in January 2020 as a Concrete Field Technician, was promoted to Crew leader within the first 6 months of his early career. Dave had vast knowledge and experience. From his past employers in the construction industry, he was able to learn, adapt, train, and become one of our strong crew leaders in the field. Dave then applied for the Project Management position and made the transfer from the field to sales August 2023; he continues to learn with his new team in sales of ICS enjoying the challenges of a growing company.

David V. Botley - President

  • President
Dave has a diverse background in construction, sales and business management. Based on years in CEO management roles with other companies, Dave continually and very strategically hones his craft of alternative concrete treatments. Dave's innovation and commitment to operational and financial strength have allowed him to build ICS from the ground up since 2001. "A company is only as strong as its employees and partners in the industry," Dave routinely says. The ICS team embodies this philosophy each day. As a result of being very customer-oriented, Dave provides all clients with superior products and services, while completing projects on time and within budget. David is member of the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and actively represent Industrial Caulk and seal with the Concrete Polishing Council.

Jimmy Dalton

Jimmy has been a part of the ICS team since 2018. He is currently honing his craft working under Tim Stouffer's supervision. He has always been mechanically inclined and has 7+ years of automotive and diesel technician experience. Jimmy is responsible for conducting regular maintenance on our machinery, systems, and fleet vehicles. He also plays a key role in our warehouse management by controlling storage, movement, and receipt/issue of inventory. His experience combined with his hard work ethic makes him a valuable member of our team!

Joe Dean

Job Titles:
  • Senior Project Manager
Joe joined the ICS team in August of 2005 where he spent several years working in the field as a Lead Foreman. Once pushing to beat project budgets set by Dave, Joe now makes them as he has become a strong competitor in the sales field. Joe represents Industrial Caulk and Seal in the American Concrete Institute (ACI) as well as the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).

Ryan Hollman

Job Titles:
  • Director of Business Development
Ryan comes to ICS with a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and a master's degree from University of Baltimore. He has experience in a variety of diverse industries including operational management and construction. He has been an ICS team member since 2021. Ryan possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. These skills coupled with his previous management experience has helped him develop a keen eye for building on what works and changing what doesn't. He plays a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for ICS by building relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.

Steve Henderson

Job Titles:
  • Senior Estimator
Steve comes to ICS with an HR and Accounting background and a degree from West Virginia University in Accounting. He's been an ICS team member since 2019. It goes without saying; he's a numbers guy. That makes him ideally suited for his job as a senior estimator with ICS. Steve's very detail-oriented, with solid tech and office skills. As senior estimator, he is often creating bid proposals from plans and drawings. Still, you'll find him on-site to form estimates as well. As a vital team member, he's agreeable, detailed, and adapts well to new processes and procedures.

Tammy Bernier

Job Titles:
  • Controller
Tammy has been working remotely for ICS since November 2019. She holds a business degree from the University of Maine and has attended Thomas College. Tammy has worked in accounting for twenty-five years, specializing in the construction and manufacturing fields. She's a natural for the position of Controller for the company. An avid problem solver, Tammy will dig in and do what needs to be done to keep things moving! Her prior experience, along with her varied background, and knowledge of HR skills, make her a valuable member of the ICS team!

Tim Stouffer

Job Titles:
  • Safety Manager
Tim has been part of the ICS team since 2012. He's always worked in the construction industry and brings a wealth of experience to the table. One of the things he likes best about working with ICS is working with his hands and head. Tim is currently the Safety Manager at ICS and will soon be a Certified Safety Professional. He's mechanically inclined and has been known to fabricate equipment when needed. His coworkers will tell you that he does what it takes to get the job done! Tim recently received his certificate in NASP.

Tony Mattox

Job Titles:
  • Superintendent
Tony is the Caulking Superintendent with ICS. He has a proven track record of managing and completing caulking projects of all sizes. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project and manages both internal and external sub-crews. Tony started with ICS in 2017 as a Concrete Technician and quickly forced his way up the ladder, becoming Foreman and ultimately a Superintendent. Tony's strong leadership and organizational skills make him a real asset to the ICS team in the Superintendent role. His ability to work independently and as part of a team has made him extremely efficient and a force to be reckoned with in the industry.

Tyler Talbott

  • Estimator
Tyler, a high-achieving STEM student from Rising Sun High, joined ICS in 2021. Tyler possesses a strong foundation in mathematics and a knack for understanding complex information. Starting as a Field Technician, he demonstrated his commitment to utilizing his time to continuously learn and refine his skills for two years. This field experience has only strengthened Tyler's ability to understand issues ICS' Customers may be experiencing and the ability to offer solutions. After his time in the field, Tyler was moved into the Estimating Department at ICS, where his clever problem-solving, sensible approach, and poised demeanor make him an indispensable contributor. Tyler's dedication to process improvement exemplifies the dynamic spirit of growth and innovation that defines ICS.

Victor Botley

Job Titles:
  • Vice President, Operations
Victor joined ICS in 2004. Majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Finance at West Virginia University, Victor developed a strong background in sales and team management skills. Achieving Suma Cum Laude recognition in college quickly readied Victor for a leadership role, allowing him to oversee all aspects of internal office continuity among the ICS team. Leading by example, Victor is able to guide office and crew members through various parts of detailed projects, while showing a true commitment to exceeding client expectations.
