FITNESS FACTORY

St. Louis Fitness Factory is owned by Tim McGowan, Sean McGowan, Seamus McGowan and Bill McGowan. We are a 15,000 square foot, full-service athletic club located in the heart of Washington Avenue's Loft District. Since our opening in 2007, the Fitness Factory has been a leading workout destination in downtown St. Louis. For almost 10 years, we were located at 1314 Washington Avenue. Eventually, we outgrew the space and decided to make a change. In December of 2016, the Fitness Factory renovated a facility around the corner at 1220 St. Charles Street. This beautifully redesigned space offers two different levels with a large amount of natural lighting providing a bright, open and inviting feel to the structure. Originally a parking garage, Fitness Factory is designed to highlight the different elements used in the original construction, including ramps, concrete columns and exposed brickwork.
