Conner & Koch Life Celebration Home was founded in 1968 by H. William Tobias and was first named Tobias Memorial Home. Mr. Tobias owned and operated the funeral home at 92 West Franklin Street (St. Rt. 725), Bellbrook until his retirement in 1986. Steve and Kathy Conner, of Waynesville, purchased the funeral home in March of 1986 and changed the name of the funeral home to Tobias-Conner Funeral Home...
