LOCUST VALLEY WATER

Established more than 100 years ago in 1922, the Locust Valley Water District and its staff have pledged to provide residents in our service territory with an ample supply of water for domestic use and emergency firefighting purposes. With six deep wells and more than 60 miles of water main, we deliver clean drinking water to a population of 7,500, serving communities including Locust Valley, Lattingtown, and sections of Mill Neck and Matinecock... The Locust Valley Water District is dedicated to protecting our most natural resource - water. Through a variety of conservation efforts and educational initiatives, we are helping conserve water and protect our aquifer so that ample, clean, and affordable water will be available for generations to come on Long Island.
