Formed in 1999 with the goal of customized application development on an offshore basis, today 4Expand is dedicated to providing cost-effective and innovative software development solutions for the world's leading companies in different industries... 4Expand was founded in 1999 as an independent enterprise. Technical staff was recruited from the programming elite of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. For the first two years of our existence, we rented offices at the University, but as our activities expanded and our workload increased, we decided to move into our own space while keeping the facilities at the University.
