Abby Martin is a native Austinite and loves introducing people to her hometown. After spending many years as an educator, Abby began her real estate career almost three years ago. We just closed on our first home after working with Bailey Moran at Eric Bramlett Residential, and can not recommend her enough! The current Austin market is crazy, and we were so thankful for Bailey's insight and expertise throughout the process. Annette Patterson is the best realtor in Austin. She's helped me buy and sell two homes, and I couldn't be happier with how the process unfolded each time. The height of the Austin market in 2021 was obviously a great time for sellers. My positive experience with Abby goes beyond the way above asking price she secured for us. Annamaria Balazs I bought 3 properties with Bailey Moran in the Austin area, out of which 2 were during the toughest market conditions (pandemic and post-pandemic era). Corrine Elgin helped me with my first home purchase at probably one of the worst times to be a buyer in Austin. She was fantastic!! She first set up a call to go over my wants and needs and explain next steps. Then started pulling searches for me. She was very attentive and made notes and actioned on any listings I liked in the portal we worked out of. When I finally found my house, again, she was there every step of the way. Danny De Luna was my realtor (ask for him if possible) and I started working with him in August with a proposed timeline of February/March to find something. I would send him Zillow links daily via email on houses of interest, and he gave me immediate feedback on what to look for and red/green flags. We eventually started looking at houses in October together, and he will tell it to you straight in these home walkthroughs. Trust is everything, and I felt like Danny treated each house from an unbiased perspective.

Corrine made the whole buying process easy to understand, with so many steps she guided me through timelines and expectations along the way. She always responded quickly to my questions, as well as if I wanted to go check out houses on my lunch break she made it happen. Corrine is very knowledgeable not only about Austin but lots of surrounding cities. She can also recommend plumbing, fencing, roofing companies, etc. I'll definitely use Corrine in the future!
Crystal Hirst is a super star! We started our process in March 2022 when the market was riddled with crazy prices and bidding wars. We came from a much more affordable area and were definitely experiencing sticker shock. Crystal really helped us figure out a realistic budget and the areas that would meet our needs. We eventually decided on a new build but it had some serious delays. Crystal worked to find us alternatives. When we considered staying with the new build, Crystal went back to the builder and got the price reduced (Commiserate with the market softening), incentives increased, and a close date locked in. Crystal even gave us advice on selling our old house (in another city) and she wasn't even the realtor for that house. Crystal has been great and I recommend her any chance I get.
