FENELLI - Key Persons
Hannah Martinez joined the Fenelli Law Firm in January of 2018. She assists the Attorneys with Estate Planning, Corporate Formations, and other various matters. Hannah grew up in Santa Paula, California located in Ventura County, before being recruited to play soccer in Colorado for two years by Johnson and Wales University. She then transferred to the University of California, Irvine to obtain her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major of Criminology, Law and Society. She enjoys walking her dog and visiting her family in her free time.
Lorie Ibasco joined the Fenelli Law Firm in March 2009. Lorie is our Receptionist/Secretary and handles a variety of duties for our daily affairs in the office, assisting the Attorneys with various tasks, and is also a Notary Public for our Firm. Lorie attended Cal State University of Long Beach and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems. Lorie lives in Long Beach with her husband, son, and daughter. Lorie was born in Laguna, Philippines and lived there for five years until she moved to Kalulushi, Zambia, Central Africa for an additional five years. At age 10, Lorie moved to Walnut, California and after a year, moved to Long Beach, California.

Rick is the founder of the Firm and focuses his practice in the field of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and entity formation. He has practiced in Orange County for the past 40 years and has lectured extensively throughout Southern California as the keynote speaker to large corporations, State and County Conventions, life and underwriters' conventions as well as to the general public. . He is the author of his book, The Financial Problem Solver, which details practical solutions to financial and estate planning concerns..
Rick J. Fenelli has been in practice for over 40 years. His wife, Margie, has been by his side from the beginning acting as his Office Manager and Legal Assistant. Their daughters, Amy Fenelli Ciftcikara, Katie Fenelli Saltron, and Karianne Fenelli Welch have joined the Firm, together with Kari's husband, Thomas Welch. Rick, Katie and Tom received their LL.M in Taxation from Chapman University. We pride ourselves in taking care of our clients as we would our own Family - it's the Italian tradition.
Sarah Sullivan joined the Fenelli Law Firm in July 2006. She obtained her Associates Degree from Saddleback College and Paralegal Certificate from Fullerton College while working with the Firm. Sarah assists with various matters including Estate Planning, Probates, Trust Administrations, and Corporate Formations, as well as assisting Rick with his various seminars. Sarah is also a Notary Public for our Firm. After growing up in Corona, she moved to South Orange County to pursue her education, and met her husband whom she married in 2008. Sarah, her husband, and their dog now live in Aliso Viejo.

Thomas J. Welch is Of Counsel to the Fenelli Law Firm and is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Florida. Tom is also admitted to practice before the Northern and Central Federal District Courts.
