What is KK Yoga? In yoga, lineage is very important; that's why I want to share my journey and all of my teachers with you. Ultimately, my years of experience is what makes my teaching unique... I took my very first Bikram yoga class in 1996 in an effort to rehabilitate a back injury I got from the sport of Hawaiian Outrigger canoe paddling... After nurturing a daily Ashtanga Practice, I traveled to Mysore, India to learn from the master of Ashtanga Yoga, Shri K Pattabhi Jois.
