Stemming from our own property portfolios, 3gates Property Lettings was etablished in 2007 and we continue to grow each year. Following the successful launch of our lettings business, we opened our own in-house maintenance company in 2008. Keeping maintenance in-house enables us to react quickly to rectify any maintenance calls, giving complete peace of mind.
