Arman started All Green Recycling in 2008 after being told to watch a special on 60-Minutes regarding electronics recycling in the United States. The special really touched a chord, so he decided to do something about it. All Green Electronics Recycling was born.
Our founder, Arman Sadeghi, has a passion for the environment and helping businesses achieve success. 15 Years of sales and technical experience in computer hardware, software programming, and wireless phones. Mr. Sadeghi Received a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from The University of California at Berkeley and is a Medical Doctorate candidate from Harvard University.

Over 25 years of Electronics Engineering, Sales, and Marketing experience in the Semiconductor industry working for NEC, ST Micro, and OKI Semiconductor. Mr. Raji received his BSEE and MSEE from The California Polytechnic University, and did his PhD graduate studies at the University of California at Irvine.
Kendall has been with All Green since 2014 and has an extensive background in both Sales and Customer Service Management and has honed those skills in both the fields of Medical Device Sales and IT Technology.

A driven and proven business professional experienced in business operations, recruiting, sales and management. Matthew has operated businesses in the fields of technology, marketing, recycling, consumer electronics, IT asset disposition and restaurants.

Founder and owner of 4G Wireless, representing Verizon Wireless, with 54 stores in California, and Nevada. He has over 15 years experience in Wireless Industry representing Cingular (ATT), prior to 4G Wireless. Mr. Honarkar holds a degree in engineering from the University of California at Irvine.

Shanon Alfaro is the Human Resources Manager for All Green Electronics Recycling. She is a firm believer in Human Resources having an integral and fundamental role in the company because of its changing and growing nature. Shanon is known for her strong interpersonal skills and ability to create inclusive and positive work environments. She has a passion for helping people succeed, improving policies and procedures, and advocating for the company and the employees. In her free time, she loves cooking and is currently working on her Bachelor's in psychology.
