Mr. Pipia was born in Detroit, Michigan and comes from a family of Master Electricians, Electrical Contractors and Journeyman Electricians. Including his Father Dominic Pipia, Sr., two brothers; Russell Pipia and Peter Pipia, Uncle; Russell Mangiapane and Nephews; Gary Pipia, Dominic Pipia and Jacob Wilkowski. He attended Lapeer West High School, class of 1977. Upon graduation, he immediately went to work for his Father's Electrical Company which was known as Dom Pipia Electric. After a few years Mr. Pipia joined the IBEW Local 58. He continued to work in the union as a Journeyman inside Wireman Book 1 for Gillis Electric and Ruggeri Electric as Foreman. In the 80's he joined with his Father to open Total Electric Corporation. There Mr. Pipia worked for several years and then in 1991 he established his Company in Oxford, Michigan known as All Phase Electric Services, LLC. In June of 2004 Mr. Pipia expanded his business to Fort Myers, Florida, called All Phase Electric Service of Florida, Inc.. He currently is the President of this well established Company. In 1986 he received his Master Electrical Contractors License in the state of Michigan. Five years later in 1991 he then passed the test and received his Unlimited Electrical Contractors License for the State of Florida. Not using his License until 2004, this is typical for the vision of All Phase Electric Service of Florida, LLC. He is also a very proud Father of 3 young men and a successful Florida Eels Hockey Coach. Mr. Pipia has received several certificates of achievement with his educational knowledge in the electrical field including; AGT Flex Light photovoltaic laminate training in 2008, Leviton Integrated Networks System in 2004, Leviton TIA/EIA - 570 Cat 5E program installer in 2004, Fiber Optic Cable Training IBEW Local 58 in 1986 and Programmable Controls Course IBEW Local 58 in 1986. He taught the National Electrical Code and certified to teach in the state of Michigan from 1999 - 2005 and continues to teach in house. All Phase Electric Service, Inc. has had several successful projects in Michigan. Completing projects such as an industrial primary service change out twice for a company called Quasar Industries in Troy, Michigan; completing the primary service and complete plant move for a company known as Webasto in Livonia, Michigan; maintenance of methane flares as well as maintence of pumps to General Motors Corporation methane generators in Auburn Hills, Michigan; Ann Arbor Street lighting project in Ann Arbor, Michigan; Lake Port State Park complete wire of all pedestals; replacement of (4) PCP Laden 1500KVA primary transformers located in lower level electrical vault of a double ended primary feed switch gear for Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. These are among a few of Mr. Pipia's major accomplishments with his business that he conducted in Oxford, Michigan. Mr. Pipia expanded operations to Fort Myers, Florida and opened up All Phase Electric Service of Florida, LLC. Named as the President of his Company that he established in June of 2004 he is not only well known in Southwest Florida but a very successful Electrical Contractor. Performing resistant testing on equipment and dredges for Bonita Grande Aggregates in Bonita Springs, Florida; completing control work and complete builds for Schwab Concrete Plants; accomplishing a 25kw photovoltaic system using Flex Light panels for Sutter Roofing in Sarasota, Florida; complete maintence for Lee County Schools exhaust fans. Highlighting just a few of the vital projects above that were completed by Mr. Pipia's Company gives you a brief view on the history of the knowledge that he has brought to the areas he services. As of date Dominic Pipia and All Phase Electric Service of Florida, Inc. have completed the largest solar power plant in North America and have established All Phase Electric Service of Florida, Inc. and Dominic Pipia as the leading source on how to install large solar electric projects. Dominic Pipia has established methods and technologies to undertake large solar projects. He is the unequivocal expert in the solar field. He has installed more solar electric power than any company and has proven to complete on time under a very aggressive time schedule. Dominic Pipia, CEO of All Phase Electric Service of Florida, Inc., is master electrician who received his Master Electrical Contractors License in the state of Michigan in 1986, and also received his Unlimited Electrical Contractors License for the state of Florida in 1991. He established All Phase Electric Service, LLC in Michigan in 1991 and then expanded the company to Florida in 2004 and calling it All Phase Electric Service of Florida, Inc. Dominic Pipia is highly qualified as a master electrician and has extensive training in solar electricity that also has completed the largest solar power plant in North America to date. He is also highly qualified in home generators and is one of the top installers for standby generators in southwest Florida.
