Bruce Alder began his construction career as a project superintendent in 1973, with building projects in southern Utah, and water treatment plants in Wyoming. With 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Bruce has overseen the successful completion of over $750M of work, primarily of water related projects in the western United States.

Mr. Alder applies his extensive financial and business management expertise to the ALPRO team. Eric has authored the financial model, which will be used to analyze the waste products for our projects. He will determine the return on investment and economic viability for proposed improvements. Eric has overseen all financial aspects and operations of several wastewater treatment projects with Alder Construction.

He has a proven ability to adapt to different types of projects and teams, and has an extensive record of successful projects from budget, schedule and client relations standpoints. Since 1994, he has successfully managed and completed on time and under budget over $400 million in water and wastewater treatment plant projects in five states. He develops and manages relationships in alternative project delivery markets.

Scott has over 30 years experience as a civil engineer, primarily in water and wastewater treatment. He has been involved in the analysis, design, upgrade or operations of over 160 treatment facilities. He is known for his ability to improve and upgrade water and wastewater systems for minimal cost. His expertise is in operations consulting, water reuse, instrumentation design, pumping systems and biosolids reuse and disposal.
