Options for Life was established in 1988 and is a day opportunity and domiciliary care service based in Sandwell, West Midlands, we provide professional person-centred care that is tailored to meet the individual needs of adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. We provide the support through our day opportunity hubs, within local communities and in participants own homes... In September 2021 Options for Life successfully registered with CQC which means we have been able to widen our provision to deliver domiciliary care... Options for Life help people with learning disabilities and/or autism to fulfil their potential and live a full and happy life within their community.
