Dr. Matthew D. Whittemore, PT, DPT, joined our professional team in 2021. He has 6 years experience in Physical Therapy, receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2015. Matt also has a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from High Point University. He has a special interest in treating post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients and holds certifications as an Athletic Trainer (ATC), Dry Needling Practitioner (CertDN), and Blood Flow Restriction (CertBFR).

Victoria R. Morgan

Victoria R. Morgan, PTA has been with Axis Physical Therapy since 2010 and is Graston Technique certified (M1-Basic and M-2 Advanced) in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She is also a Certified Rocktape Provider of Fascial Movement Taping (FMT Level 1&2), a Certified Myofascial Cupping Practitioner, and received her Certificate of Training in Level 1 Blood Flow Restriction. She graduated from Nash Community College's Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2010 and has been practicing as a licensed PTA since that time.
