Carolyn Dubé

Cary focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Cary supports clients through real estate transactions ranging from the purchase of a first home to the commercial financing of a new business endeavor. Cary strives to provide clients with guidance that allows them to feel informed and confident in their real estate investments. Cary is also engaged in work on landlord tenant disputes and lease reviews, representation of Condominium Association Boards or owners and real property related litigation. Cary is currently serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors for ReSource and is passionate about the organizations work to support the community in workforce development, poverty relief and environmental stewardship.

Chad V. Bonanni

Chad graduated from the University of Vermont in 1997 and graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 2002. After law school, Chad worked for another Essex Junction law firm with a primary focus in insurance defense and civil litigation where he gained valuable trial experience. Chad's current practice includes transactional real estate, municipal law, land development, and civil litigation with a focus on property law issues. Chad resides with his wife and two daughters in Colchester, Vermont.

Corey F. Wood

Corey's practice focuses on assisting families in settling their divorce, child custody, and elder law matters in the least adversarial way possible. Corey believes that families achieve the best outcomes when served in an atmosphere that emphasizes civility and respect. Her work includes representing clients in Collaborative Divorce, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Corey helps clients protect their loved ones with careful estate planning, guardianship proceedings, and probate administration. Whether through the preparation of a will, revocable living trust, or durable power of attorney, Corey supports clients in identifying their goals and planning for an uncertain future. Corey's legal practice has centered on assisting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Corey is a believer in the pursuit of life-long learning and has completed hours of training related to navigating complex family conflicts. She completed Introductory and Advanced Training in Collaborative Divorce and received a Certificate in Mediation from Champlain College. She is a presenter on Collaborative Divorce at the Vermont Bar Association's Mid-Year and Annual Meetings and regularly presents Divorce Options as part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals. She is an active member of Collaborative Practice Vermont, the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, and My Collaborative Team. Corey graduated in 2006 from the University of Washington School of Law, where she received the Charles Z. Smith Public Interest Student of the Year award. Corey began her law practice in Washington State, representing parents and youth in juvenile court, and later worked as an Ombudsman with the Washington State Office of the Family and Children's Ombudsman. In 2013, Corey was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to her home state of Vermont; she practiced at Mickenberg, Dunn, Lachs & Smith, PLC and served as Hearing Officer at Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center. She joined Bergeron, Paradis & Fitzpatrick, LLP in 2017, and currently resides in Essex Junction with her husband and two sons.

Daniel P. O'Rourke

Dan successfully represents the business and development interests of large, mid-size and small developers before the courts and regulatory agencies of Vermont. Dan's work before the Vermont Supreme Court has produced the leading cases in Vermont on zoning and title insurance, and has helped shape the permitting and development law in Vermont. He maintains a large commercial and residential real estate practice. Dan served on the Development Review Board in the City of South Burlington for five years and as a City Councilor for eight years. Dan lives in South Burlington with his wife and children.

Edward D. Fitzpatrick

Ed is a lifelong resident of Vermont. Prior to joining BP&F, Ed served as deputy state's attorney for five years in Franklin County. He then was elected as State's Attorney for Grand Isle County, a position he held for four years. Once in private practice, Ed drew upon his substantial prosecutorial experience in developing a busy criminal defense practice. Ed has since gained extensive experience in working with landowners and developers, as well as handling commercial real estate and business transactions. He frequently represents buyers, sellers, lenders and financiers in all transaction and regulatory matters. Ed currently resides in Colchester with his wife.

Priscilla B. Dubé

Priscilla has been providing counsel to men and women involved in divorces and other domestic situations for many years. She has served as an Acting Magistrate, Guardian Ad Litem and attorney for children. Priscilla has been actively involved with committees involving mediation, access to court records, internal court processes, court forms and other family law related issues. She is dedicated to the improvement of the family court system and the reduction of the negative impact of divorce on the litigants and their children.
