Audrie Townsend has worked for The Clarke Agency Real Estate since 1997 and is currently a Broker/Owner. She is committed to maintaining the high ethical standards and integrity of the Clarke Agency.
Audrie is a graduate of Western State College (now Western State Colorado University), with a degree in Business Administration, emphases in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Communications. She graduated in May 2004 with Magna Cum Laude honors. She enjoys volleyball, golf, four-wheeling and anything involving their two sons.
Cathie Elliott has been in the real estate business since 1980, and is past owner of The Clarke Agency. She was voted People's Choice Best Realtor for 10 years in a row. Cathie was also a 2-time honoree as Realtor of the Year by her peers, through the Gunnison Country Association of Realtors.
Cathie holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. She has worked as a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) counselor for the S.B.A. and Assistant Professor of Business at Western State Colorado University in Gunnison.
Josh Townsend is a Broker/Owner at The Clarke Agency Real Estate. He has lived in Gunnison since 1985 and has an extensive knowledge of the area. Josh enjoys hunting, golfing, coaching/playing hockey and raising their two boys in this beautiful area. He has great vision and extensive experience in home additions, construction remodels, and design from the ground up. Josh looks forward to chatting with you and answering questions you have about the beautiful Gunnison Valley.
