Holland Realty was originally established in 1974 by Vern Holland, who made it his life goal to serve and work for the community and the Town of Beech Mountain. He was instrumental in helping develop the mountain resort under Carolina Caribbean Corporation until he established Holland Realty. To this day, Holland Realty lives on strong with Tim Holland, a licensed North Carolina Realtor®. Tim Holland has also graciously served the Town of Beech Mountain over the years as mayor, serving on the town council for sixteen years, many more years on various committees, and also as a past president for the Chamber of Commerce. Tim continues to serve theTown of Beech Mountain by volunteering in the Beech Mountain Fire Volunteer Department and Emergency Medical Services. Much experience was gained during those years and also by working for Carolina Caribbean Corporation and with the Beech Mountain Club/Property Owners Association...
