People's Community Action Corporation is the newest member of the PHC Corporate Family. It is our hope and expectation that the addition of PCAC, to the family of People's corporations, will allow us to expand, even further, our services to the community and ultimately serve to support a stronger and healthier St. Louis City and Wellston community... PCAC serves residents of St. Louis City and Wellston who are at 125% poverty level or below with direct and referral programs.
