The Appraisal Source is a subsidiary of Larry Scott Appraisal Service which was established in 1986. As the volume of commercial appraisal orders increased at Larry Scott Appraisal Service it quickly became apparent that a division solely focused on the processing of commercial appraisal would expedite processing times, and improve the quality of the service requested... Our primary service area is Southern California but larger projects and multiple property estates have taken us to other states as well. We have the necessary esources, experience, and network of qualified "top notch" professionals to service any commercial appraisal or consulting requirement.
