Alabama Public Utilities Alliance (APUA) is a legislative information service provided to public and municipal utilities in the State of Alabama. APUA includes municipal water and wastewater systems, municipal gas systems, gas districts and municipally owned electric utilities... Every year significant utility issues are debated in the Alabama State Legislature. These issues have a direct impact on public utilities and the citizens they serve. APUA provides legislative monitoring services including weekly legislative reports during the Alabama Legislative Session.
