In the breathtaking Lost Sierra, near the historic gold mining town of Sierra City, and at the foot of the majestic 8600-foot Sierra Buttes, the Yuba River Inn's 10 cozy log cabins (most with kitchens and indoor and outdoor seating areas) are spread out over a 20-acre property, boasting 4,500 feet of riverfront along the stunning North Yuba River. Established more than 80 years ago, the inn is just minutes from the Lakes Basin's endless hiking and mountain biking trails and a wealth of other recreational and restorative pursuits, including kayaking, fishing, rafting, and camping. There's even a charming cafe and store on the property, and all of our cabins have hiking trails right outside their doors, including our 1.5 mile river loop trail that traverses three-quarters of a mile of river frontage.
