Clay Richards is the co-founder and former CEO of naviHealth, a leader in leveraging technology to improve post-acute care in partnership with health plans, hospital systems, risk-bearing physician groups, and other healthcare providers. Clay directed strategic vision and executive leadership of the organization from its inception in late 2011 until December 2021. Under Clay's leadership, naviHealth expanded significantly and was ultimately acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2020. Prior to naviHealth, Clay worked at Healthways, Inc., where he was General Counsel and Senior Vice President. Clay serves on the board of directors of agilon health, CareBridge Health, Herself Health and Truxton Trust. He holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a B.S. in accounting and finance from Washington and Lee University.

Jamie Turner Lovett is the former Chief People Officer of apree health, where she was responsible for the development and leadership of the human resources function. Prior, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Humana. While at Humana, Jamie led numerous large scale transformation initiatives and organizational restructures. Humana's Healthcare Services segment, now CenterWell, allowed Jamie to drive acquisition integration efforts across the primary care, pharmacy and home businesses. Jamie also led the initial development of clinical communities of practice for pharmacists, physicians and nurses. Jamie began her career at HSBC, holding several operations and human resources roles during her 12 years with the company. Jamie holds a B.B.A. in Business from Marshall University and an M.B.A. from Point Park University.

Joe Biscardi has over 25 years of experience at senior level positions within multi-specialty physician group practices.
Prior to Mosaic Health, Joe was CAO and CFO of Millennium Health Care, the parent company of one of Florida's largest independent physician groups, Millennium Physician Group and its affiliated entities, including Millennium Home Care and multiple Accountable Care Organizations.
Millennium's own Accountable Care Organization is one of the most successful Medicare ACO programs in the country and consistently ranks among the top ten in the nation serving over 80,000 Medicare patients. The Company employs approximately 4,000+ employees and over 900 physicians and advanced providers, operating across the states of Florida, Texas and North Carolina.
In his prior leadership role, as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer, Joe implemented a global financial reporting system at 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc, the largest integrated network of cancer treatment centers and affiliated physicians. He oversaw the Company's initial public offering in June 2004, and it's leveraged buyout by a private equity firm in February 2008. Joe started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he oversaw a number of SEC Company filings and Initial Public Offering of equity and debt securities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Joe earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
Jonathan Porter is the former Chief Product Officer at Bright Health Group, a technology-enabled, value-driven healthcare company serving aging and underserved consumers with unmet clinical needs, with responsibility for the design and delivery of its comprehensive technology strategy. During his tenure with Bright Health Group, Jonathan also served as CEO of DocSquad, the company's provider-facing and virtual care platform launched in 2021. Previously, Jonathan was the Chief Product Officer at athenahealth, where he led the direction and execution of its market-leading and innovative electronic medical record and revenue cycle management platform and product portfolio. Prior to his time with Bright Health Group and athenahealth, Jonathan founded and led Healthcare Data Services, a provider of products to help support population health management for companies entering risk-based contracts. He additionally founded and served as CEO of White Stone Solutions, a business focused on data analysis consulting engagements. Jonathan has a B.S. in business administration from Babson College.

Tesha Simpson has extensive experience in leadership roles in the healthcare delivery industry, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Guidelight Health, a national mental health provider she co-founded, since 2023. Prior to joining Guidelight Health, Tesha served as the Chief Operating Officer of AMSURG, a nationally recognized company that specializes in ambulatory surgery center services. Tesha previously oversaw strategy and operations for all channels and capabilities for JSA Healthcare (a DaVita Medical Group company) and for Optum Florida, in her capacity as Chief Operating Officer for both organizations. Tesha has also held several clinical quality and performance improvement positions with Morton Plant Mease and Evergreen Manor. Tesha earned an D.N.P., M.S. and B.S. in Nursing Science from the University of Florida.
