Established in 1972, the Western Foundation is committed to investing in the strength, vitality, and flexibility of our technical college, students, and graduates and the benefit they provide to our communities.​ The Foundation has responded to the needs of western Wisconsin, supporting Western's transformation into the multi-campus college it is today... The Western Technical College Foundation is led by a Board of Directors that provides strategic direction for scholarship and Foundation programs. These volunteer directors serve as advocates for Western Technical College and the students we serve.
