Through our travel, service, and experiential learning programs, we empower students with the tangible skill sets to think critically about social issues, appreciate diverse perspectives, and understand the tremendous ways they can impact their local communities and the world beyond... Campers will plant seeds, see how different plants grow, harvest produce in our Earth Boxes and our school garden. We will learn the difference between different fruits and vegetables. We will learn basic knife and cooking skills. We will learn where our food comes from, discovering how to use fresh produce to prepare different recipes together in our Kitchen Discovery Lab!
