Dr. Gallerani, an expert on cosmetic and plastic reconstructive surgery, is board certified from the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He received his medical license from UCLA School of Medicine. Furthermore, Dr. Gallerani was Chief Resident during his Plastic Surgery training at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Spratt is an eye doctor with specialized expertise in the medical, laser, and surgical treatment of glaucoma, cataracts, and other eye conditions. His medical degree was awarded in 2001. He completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the prestigious Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, UK, in 2010. He then received his Subspecialist Glaucoma Fellowship training at both Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, UK, and at the well-respected Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, USA.
Dr. Kaplan is a Board Certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and glaucoma surgery. He performs laser cataract surgery, using premium intraocular lenses to provide distance and near vision with the goal of not needing glasses after surgery as well as medical, laser, and surgical treatment of glaucoma.
Following his orthopedic residency training, Dr. Carreira completed a Foot and Ankle Fellowship with Dr. Mark Myerson and Clifford Jeng at the Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction, Baltimore, Maryland. He also completed a Foot and Ankle and Arthroscopic Fellowship in Seattle, Washington, and a Sports Medicine and Hip Arthroscopy Fellowship with the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic in Vail, Colorado.
Dr. Carreira has served as an Assistant Team Physician to both the U.S. Men's and Women's Ski Teams, Miami Dolphins, Colorado Rockies, Denver Broncos, Chicago White Sox and Chicago Blaze. He currently serves as an assistant Team Physician for the Miami Marlins.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the International Society for Hip Arthroscopy.
Active in medical research, Dr. Carreira has presented his work on minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques and outcomes both nationally and internationally and has been published in numerous medical publications including Foot and Ankle International and the American Journal of Sports Medicine. He is the President and Founder of the Multicenter Arthroscopy Study of the Hip (MASH) and a Founder of the Multicenter Arthroscopy Study of the Ankle and Foot (MASTAF).
Dr. Albert G. Caruana Jr. is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical diseases of the anterior segment of the eye. Dr. Caruana is fellowship trained in the area of corneal disease, cataract surgery, refractive surgery and external diseases of the eye.

Dr. Anil Vedula is a fellowship trained corneal surgeon who specializes in cataract and refractive surgery, medical and surgical treatments of corneal diseases, and general ophthalmology.

Dr. Brian Cohen is a practicing anesthesiologist and the Administrative Chief of Miami Anesthesia Services. Dr. Cohen has over ten years of clinical anesthesia experience, along with leadership, teaching and administrative expertise.
Dr. Cohen completed a combined Bachelor of Arts and Medical School program at The University of Missouri-Kansas City. After his intern year at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Cohen completed his anesthesia residency at Washington University in St. Louis, Barnes-Jewish Hospital. In Houston, Texas, he worked at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in the Texas Medical Center, as part of the Greater Houston Anesthesiology group. From Houston, Dr. Cohen settled in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he joined a private practice group at Holy Cross Hospital. In this practice, he led multiple initiatives with a multidisciplinary approach and a focus on patient safety and improved outcomes. His work at the local level allowed him to help develop and lead educational programs on the national level within the parent company.
Dr. Cohen's passion for the continuous improvement in perioperative medicine and pain control lead him to his current anesthesia position with Miami Anesthesia Services. He accepted the unique opportunity to help start this anesthesia group for a physician owned surgical hospital in Miami, Florida. This venture allowed him to help create a group that embraces every aspect of what quality medicine and anesthesia should be, in a hospital that exemplifies individualized service and safety. His experience and participation in the creation and design of the hospital itself, provided him with a truly holistic and all-access view into the current medical landscape.
Dr. Carlos Casas is a bilingual (English-Spanish) Board Certified Neurosurgeon with over 15 years of experience working with men and women of all ages. He currently has offices in Hollywood and Boca Raton, Florida, and is committed to treating all conditions related to the spine, specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS). Having received his medical doctor degree from the Universidad de la Sabana School of Medicine, Colombia, in 2001, Dr. Casas is well versed in international treatment options. Since then, he's completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Spinal Cord Injury and Neuroregeneration at the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis through the University of Miami, an internship in general surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System for the University of Miami, a residency in neurosurgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, as well as a fellowship in comprehensive spine surgery and radiosurgery at Stanford University School of Medicine in California.Dr. Casas is known for his comprehensive approach to managing all spinal conditions and pain. A native of New York, Dr. Seth Wachsman is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Florida in 1987. He completed his medical studies at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1991. After an internal medicine internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas at Houston in 1995.
Dr. Wachsman completed his fellowship training in pain management at the internationally renowned MD Anderson Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Wachsman has been published in journals such as Pain Medicine and lectures frequently across the country.
His professional affiliations are with American Society of Anesthesiologists, Florida Society of Anesthesiologists, International Spinal Injection Society, Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Emery D. Jaffe, M.D., is a board certified ophthalmologist and has been practicing since 1991. Dr. Jaffee earned his medical degree is 1987 from University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He went on to do an internal medicine internship at Cabrini Medical Center in 1988 followed by an ophthalmology residency at New York Medical College in 1991. Dr. Jaffee is also an American Academy of Ophthalmology (AA)) Fellow.
Dr. Yoldas received his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University School of Engineering and his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine.

Jonathan Hyde, MD is an orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in spinal surgery as well. Dr. Hyde's expertise is in minimally invasive spine surgery techniques. Besides performing surgical interventions, Dr. Hyde performs diagnostic and therapeutic injections for varying spinal disorders as part of conservative non-operative spinal care. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is our lead surgeon at Miami Spine Specialists.
He is a national and international teacher of the Kyphoplasty, eXtreme Lateral Interbody Fusion (XLIF), and AxiaLIF techniques. He was one of the three designers for the dbrII minimally invasive pedicle screw system, a FDA approved system utilized routinely around the US. He contributed the chapter on Degenerative Disc Disease in the first textbook written for XLIF surgery, published in 2008.
Dr. Hyde earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences from Cornell University. His degree in medicine was from the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he received the honor of graduating with Distinction in Research and worked under Dr. Clint Rubin, a nationally recognized osteoporosis researcher. He trained in orthopaedics at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Lehmann currently serves as Medical Director of Hallandale Outpatient Surgical Center. He received his pain management fellowship from Harvard University, Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center and is a former instructor in Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Harvard University. Dr. Lehmann received his residency training in Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the University of Miami and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Yale University, Greenwich Hospital. He is certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine. Some of his recent projects include the completion of two textbook chapters for the 2nd edition of "Principles and Practice of Pain Medicine".

Luis D. Villani MD, graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society in 1992.
