Kaimai School is not zoned and our Kaimai Kids either live in the Kaimai area or travel from Tauranga. We are situated on the Kaimai Range, State Highway 29, ten minutes drive from The Crossing Tauriko and twenty minutes from Tauranga CBD. The majority of our students travel by buses that serve the upper and lower Kaimai area. Our Kaimai Kids enjoy large grounds with a skatepark, swimming pool, court area, extensive native bush, spacious classrooms and numerous play areas suitable for different age groups. We also offer a daily breakfast club and specialist teachers who deliver intervention programmes!... At Kaimai School we foster leadership in our senior students by offering a number of initiatives. All Year 8 students are given the opportunity to attend the National Young Leaders Day at the beginning of the year to help inspire and develop their leadership qualities...
