Anne Truscott began her career in escrow career in 2005 and has since handled all types of real estate transactions. Anne is dedicated to ensuring transactions go smoothly, and she accomplishes this through outstanding organization, attention to detail and emphasis on customer service. Anne is excited for this opportunity to head a branch and to continue to be a part of our family of closing services. A fun fact about Anne is that she played lacrosse at the University of Arizona.
Claudia Millsap has 20+ years of professional experience. She is passionate about the real estate industry and has extensive knowledge. Claudia specializes in Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, REO's and Short Sales transactions.
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Claudia moved to San Diego in the late 80's and attended Point Loma High School. Later on she moved to Los Angeles where she started her career in the Real Estate Industry. Claudia returned to her favorite City, San Diego in 2012. Her dedication to providing the highest quality of customer service and ability to seamlessly collaborate with all parties involved creates a very pleasant yet professional experience for her clients. Claudia is highly skilled in the nuances of our market and can anticipate client needs. This is what sets Claudia apart in our highly competitive escrow industry. If that isn't impressive enough, Claudia also speaks 3 different languages; English, Portuguese and Spanish.
When Claudia is not actively collaborating with her clients, she enjoys hiking, traveling, learning about different cultures, food and spending quality time with her family and her dogs.
