The shares are offered through A5 Securities LLC, a broker dealer and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Prior to forming A5 REIT Services LLC, Gary Cutson led the REIT tax practice of a "Big 4" accounting firm and worked with many clients and their legal advisers with the practical issues of implementing and operating private REITs.
