Responsible for engineering, asset protection, renovation and property management for two 500-unit apartment complexes, three hotels (Radisson, two Holiday Inn), and new construction/restoration of 14 fitness centers averaging 50,000 square feet each. Capital improvement budget for the 14 fitness centers totaled $70 million plus the hotels and apartment complexes. Reported to the owner.
