ciabatta and vienna is what we need for our restaurant and only efes can deliver the freshest bread to us!... Efes Bakery has been operating since 1998 and is today, one of WA's largest wholesale bakeries and continues to be run by... Whilst today we operate from purpose-built premises in Welshpool, the beginning was much more humble. We started the business as Efes Café and Kebab shop in Leederville, which we continue to operate to this day. In those early days we purchased a one deck stone based oven so that we were able to make long flat Turkish bread for our customers daily and we served them with homemade dips. They were such a hit that customers were coming in specifically for our freshly baked Turkish bread and taking them home for entertaining.
