Health Navigaid was founded in 2012 by Rick Pugach, a career health care executive. Out of necessity and repetition, he is well versed in dealing with incomprehensible nonsense as well as real issues that many of us encounter with our health care system... To date, Health Navigaid has provided services to clients in 23 states, the District of Columbia, and three foreign countries... Health Navigaid provides an extensive array of health advocacy services. We are experienced at navigating the roadblocks and confusion that often are encountered with our health care system. Our work with our clients often includes coaching them to become more knowledgeable and empowered health care consumers.
