Allison serves as the President & CEO of ISSI. She entered recruiting at ISSI in 1997 and acquired the business in 2005. Prior to ISSI, Allison had a successful technology career implementing financial systems and developing software applications. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nazareth College.
As the Director of Recruiting at ISSI Tech Pros, John leads a team of skilled recruiters while managing client relationships and driving new business development. With a background in technology sales and over a decade of recruiting experience, John specializes in placing top-tier IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Applications professionals.
Known for exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and organizational skills, John excels at understanding client needs and matching them with candidates who possess the right skills, motivation, and career goals. Passionate about delivering top talent, John is committed to reducing time-to-hire, increasing efficiency, and facilitating meaningful career moves. Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, John plays a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
John is a member of the Jamesville-DeWitt Little League Board and Jamesville-DeWitt Youth Athletic Association Board. He also coaches youth football, basketball and baseball.
Outside of the office, John enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sports are a passion; both as a spectator and participant. He is also an avid Syracuse Orange fan!

As a Technical Recruiter at ISSI Technology Professionals, Kevin partners with talented professionals to help them navigate and advance their technology careers. His approach centers on building genuine relationships and understanding both the technical and personal aspects of career development. Drawing from his diverse background in technology and sales; including experience in FinTech and medical device electronics manufacturing, as well as extensive customer service experience, he has learned that the best matches happen when you truly listen to people's goals and aspirations.
He specializes in connecting software developers, engineers, and IT professionals with opportunities that align with both their technical expertise and career vision. Helping candidates find roles where they can truly thrive, not just technically but culturally as well, brings Kevin the most satisfaction.
His background in athletics, including coaching varsity lacrosse, has instilled in him the values of teamwork and dedication that he brings to every professional relationship. Outside the office, you'll find him mountain biking on local trails, fishing, cooking, or spending quality time with his family and his dog. Kevin is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to cheering on Syracuse Football and the Buffalo Bills.

Since joining ISSI in 2001, Sally has served in a variety of capacities - Client Relations, Sales, Recruiter and Marleting. Currently, she is responsible for Business Administration and Contracts for the company. She has over 25 years of experience in training, proposal writing, project coordination, and contract administration in the Telecommunications industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
