"As a queer, anti-war veteran, my path has been shaped by the belief that spirituality must be courageous, community-centered, and earth-honoring." His work has spanned community organizing, curriculum development, and transformative programming. He draws from years of experience designing camps and retreats that foster curiosity, connection, and collective meaning-making. "Whether around a fire circle or in a classroom, I'm interested in how we build brave, nurturing spaces for people to explore their questions, values, and spiritual identities.

CHRISTINE SPRAGUE

Christine joined our staff in August 2019. She grew up in northern Massachusetts and graduated from Salem State University in 2012. With a degree in English and formal training as a teacher, Christine settled in the Bangor area. She spent a year in Japan teaching English, before returning home to her husband and Bangor. Now, her time is divided between being a wife, mother, and woman. While her time with UUSB has just started, Christine is looking forward to many years to come.

The Reverend Andrew Moeller is a lifelong Unitarian Universalist and has been serving our congregation as the settled minister since 2016. He is a graduate of Meadville-Lombard Theological School (MDiv 2014) and has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He is also a certified Insight Meditation teacher.
