She launched a line of gourmet fruit salsa, vegetable won ton chips, Asian fusion vinegar, wine-infused cooking sauces, and confections. Her line was sold in natural food stores and specialty retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, Neiman Marcus, and Harry & David. She has extensive knowledge in recipe development, lab testing, nutritional labeling, product development, private label, and co-packaging... Adeline created the award-winning website, cleverparties.com. She found a hole in the entertaining and party planning area. Through her visionary efforts, she designed an online site that gives party planners the ability to order party decorations and essentials as well as share and exchange ideas with a social networking community all in one place.
