I have been an independent labor and employment law arbitrator since 2001. I accept cases jointly from parties to a dispute, from state and federal courts, and from independent appointing authorities such as the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and the American Arbitration Association. I also serve on arbitration panels established under collective bargaining agreements. Prior to becoming an arbitrator I was employed for almost thirty years as both an advocate and a neutral.
