Armica Nabaa is the CEO of ATB Management Group, Inc. Her unique approach allows her clients to concentrate on their respected sport and pursue excellence on and off the field.
Armica Nabaa is the founder and CEO of ATB Management Group, Inc.
Before joining ATB Management Group, Inc., Eric Leon served as an educator anda four-sport coach of both high school and middle school sports. His expertise in talent development as a coach led him to expand his passion for sports into the management arena.
Eric's primary goal as sports manager is to assist clients, bridging their native language with their respective professional and personal constituents. Eric believesthat clients should have a piece of mind with their business matters. With that pieceof mind, clients will achieve positive results over time.
He brings talent development, scouting, branding and bilingual platforms as well as breadth of experience to ATB Management Group and our partners. .
A native of Miami, Eric is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Exceptional Education. He also has a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Miami.

Rob Kremer currently serves as the EVP of Client Services. He is an innovative, results-oriented marketing & communications professional with 25 years of experience. As the Executive Vice President of Client Services at CO&P, he develops and implements successful programs and campaigns that generate massive media results and awareness, as well as handling crisis communication issues. His portfolio of sports business, entertainment and athlete clients have appeared in every major media outlet, including the ESPN Car Wash, Today Show, CNN, FOX, The View, Extra, and dozens more. Other roles include serving as the Public Relations Manager at both The Coca-Cola Company and Aetna US Heathcare, along with agency work. Based in Atlanta, Rob is a graduate of the Henry W. Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia.

Tamika McDonald graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor degree in Communication with a concentration in Media Studies. Right out of college she worked for Warner Bros. in television production. While working in the entertainment field, Tamika managed the lives of television executives, actors, comedians and busy professionals. She is currently the Director of Client Services for Sincerity Lifestyle Management.
Tamika is extremely active in the community, lending a helping hand to organizations such as Los Angeles Urban League, American Cancer Society and is currently serving as the Financial Secretary for the Orange County Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc.
Tamika McDonald currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Lifestyle Manager. While working in the entertainment field, she managed the lives of television executives, actors, comedians and busy professionals.
Tomas Rubio brings expertise in financial management and management of non-profit foundation start-ups to ATB Management Group, Inc
. His experience as player personnel assistant with the University of Miami football program served asan impetus to manage and mentor professional athletes.
Tomas has an advantageous amount experience in talent and player development along with coaching at the collegiate and interscholastic level. He will create and implement individual development plans to ensure athletes' needs are addressed and met as they relate to on and off the fields personal goals.
Tomas' primary focus for clients is post-career financial security while continuing to capitalize on endorsements and business ventures..
With experience in community outreach, Tomas has a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge with creating non-profit foundations for clients and the communities they choose to serve.
A native of Fall River, Massachusetts, Tomas is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in Physical Education. He also holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Miami.
Tomas continues to volunteer mentoring youth in his hometown.
