Mr. C. Sathananthan, founder of Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd, is the Managing Director since its inception in 2007. Mr. C. Sathananthan has been in the pharmaceutical industry since 1995. Starting his career as a Medical Representative, he held positions of the Territory Manager and Field Manager during the period in which he served other organizations in the industry.
Holding the position of the Head of Operations since January 2019, Mr. Heroshana represents over 15 years of experience consisting of working with leading pharmaceutical organizations as a Sales Manager /Sales Coordinator at Emerchemie NB (Ceylon) Ltd and as a Sales Representative at Hemas HealthCare (Pvt) Ltd. He further holds a Master of Business Administration degree offered by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, India and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Mr. J. L. V. Fernando joined Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd in February 2018 as the Manager - Finance. He has also served as an Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounting at Asha Agencies Ltd from 1993 to 2017. With his expertise as a Finalist at the Institute of Charted Accountants of Sri Lanka as well as the Institute of Administrative Accountant, at present, Mr. Fernando is responsible for managing financial strategy and control, and reporting for the organization.
Joint Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd in January 2022. Is a scholar of Thomas' college Gurutalawa and has obtained professional qualifications in London business school and Indian Institute of Management of Ahmaedabad. Started the career as a Medical representative in 1999 at Mega Pharma (PVT) Ltd and has an experience of 23 years in the trade and has worked in Himalaya drugs, Novartis, Abbott Laboratories and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Sri Lanka. Has been responsible in building many market leading brands and when he joint us he was a business manager at Torrent pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Sanjaya Kurukulasooriya has been in the pharmaceutical industry since 1998. He joined Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd as Business Development Manager in 2009 and held several agencies till 2018. He was appointed as the Senior Business Manager for Neo Life agency in 2018. Further, he has served at the Harcourts Pharmacy (Pvt) Ltd and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd in various roles as a Training Medical Representative and Territory Executive.

Mr. T. Saravanan, Director Marketing at Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd, initiated his career as a Field Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd and as a Medical Representative at Unichem Lab Ltd. Whilst celebrating 19 years of experience in the field in the avenues of marketing and managing teams regionally, Mr. Sarvanan holds a significant position in developing marketing plans with key strategic partners.
Ms. S. Chithra is in charge of Strategical and Operational HR of Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd. Her role focuses on the improvement of the friendly company culture and employee experience. As a young professional HR, she highly values employees' mental well-being, their success, collaboration, and agility at Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd. She is a graduate with a first class in Bachelor of Science (Hons) Business and Management degree from Northumbria University, UK, and a distinction holder in Advance Diploma in Psychology from ICBT, Sri Lanka. In her previous employment, she has been a part of Brandix Apparel Limited and at The HR Consortium (Pvt) Ltd and has also assumed the role of an educator at Business Management School (BMS). In her current role, she handles the Human Resource at Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd.

Ms. Vindhya Wijesundara is the Manager - Regulatory Affairs of Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd and previously she served as Manager -Regulatory Affairs at Ashland Associates. She also held a post of Pharmacist at Chesco Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd, State Pharmaceutical Co-operation and Asiri Hospital (Pvt) Ltd. Ms. Vindhya holds a Diploma in Pharmacy from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
