"We had the bright idea to hire a Rug Doctor from Morrisons to clean our carpets. Three days later, the carpets were still wet and smelt like a pile of rugby players sweaty socks. We called Andrew and he managed to come straight round to see what he could do to help us. He re-cleaned the carpets (you should have seen the colour of the water and the amount of foam in his machine when he finished!) and applied some bacterial deodoriser. Within an hour the smell was almost gone and the carpets dried in a few hours. Lesson learnt, a bright idea isn't always a good idea...
